As part of our commitment to customer privacy, we have prepared and pre-signed the following Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") and California Privacy Addendum ("CPA"). The DPA and CPA are concluded in order to ensure that Customer and Vercel (acting as a processor and/or service provider) may meet their respective data protection obligations under applicable data protection laws, as follows:
The DPA applies where the personal information that we process on behalf of our Customers is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The CPA applies where our Customers are subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA").
In some cases, you may be required to ensure that both agreements are executed. This determination is the solely your responsibility.
To complete the DPA and/or the CPA, you must complete the information in the signature section at the end of the respective agreement(s).
Once completed, send the signed DPA and/or CPA to us, indicating your legal name, via email to privacy@vercel.com. Upon receipt of the signed DPA and/or CPA by Vercel, the agreement(s) will become legally binding.
